This half-hardy shrubby plant is best treated as an herbaceous perennial by being cut hard back in winter. It will then produce new growth in spring and bear masses of beautiful flowers in summer and autumn. Likes a bit more shade then its cousins. Plant all 3 together in a 1 meter by 1 meter triangle for great effect.
Height and Spread: 90cm(3 ft) when pruned annually.
Position: Plant in well-drained soil on a sunny site.
Plant care: Water well before planting.
